Shipping

Orders received on week days and that are noted in stock ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 EST on Friday will be shipped the next week. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when you have placed your order. 

If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within the timeframe state above, we will contact you by email or phone and a full refund will be provided.  Once an order has shipped we do not allow for cancellations and the item must follow our return policy.


Shipping rates

All items are shipped normally through USPS and DHL. We may utilize other carriers for expedited services or for international packages.

 

Standard shipping

Standard shipping applies only to orders delivered with in the United States.  Standard shipping takes 4-14 business days once in the mail, rare cases can take up to 21 days. Standard shipping cost is varied based on volume and includes all handling fees.

Expedited shipping

International shipping

International shipping applies to all orders outside the United States.  International shipping takes 4-6 weeks and may experience delays at customs.
