Returns

We guarantee that all of our product arrives as stated. If the product is damaged in transit or does not meet the customer’s satisfaction we will issue a refund in the full amount. We do require that the merchandise be returned to our address as specified below.

 

Used Books

Please note that all books sold by Reader's Outlet are second hand.  Books purchased through Reader's Outlet may show signs of wear as a result. 

If, upon arrival, the condition of the book is deemed unacceptable, it may be returned within the standard return policy period.


Return Period

Return your item anytime from the original purchase date within the timeframe below:
* 7 days after the receipt of the product.


Non-returnable items

Some items are not able to be returned, including:
* Gift cards


Refund method

Your refund will be made by the same method of payment as the purchase. Refunds will be made at the time of the product being receipt at our warehouse. We highly recommend tracking on returned merchandise.
